Hot Sox Famous Artist Series Collection has Van Gogh's Starry Night Sock. I decided to show the first offering of this Sock in its traditional colors. Fun things about Starry Night is the morning star he saw and painted was Venus. His first Starry Night is called "Starry Night Over The Rhone".  While painting he left out the Iron Bars that were in his way. One study on the painting talks about Color, Light and Turbulence. His sister-in-law Johanna van Gogh-Bonger is the person we should thank for bringing Vincent van Gogh's work out into the open. She also published the letters between Theo and Vincent.

Prussian Blue and Royal Blue, White and Yellow are sky colors for Starry Night. Blacks, Greys and Yellows help make the country village. The Cypress Trees are Black. At the end of the painting the Sock becomes a Black background.
